Diecast or pressure casting is one of the most widely used methods of mass production of complex metal parts. This production method is used in various industries and includes 5 stages: mold preparation, molten material injection, cooling, mold opening and cutting. In this method, molten materials are introduced into the mold by mechanical pressure and freeze as they are under pressure. This freezing under pressure produces parts with very high strength.
