SIG's Aluminum Mirrors: A Reflective Solution for Diverse Applications
Production: Seamlessly Combining Substrate Preparation and Aluminum Coating.
High-reflective aluminum mirrors are produced using high-quality float glass as the substrate. The process starts by selecting grade A clear, tinted, or ultra-clear float glass. The glass sheets are thoroughly washed and cleaned before undergoing high-vacuum aluminum deposition. Once the aluminum is applied, the glass is rapidly oxidized and placed under a frame. Two layers of back painting are then added to protect the aluminum, followed by drying the glass sheets.
These high-quality aluminum mirrors can be produced in various colors, such as gray, brown, green, blue, and bronze, enhancing their decorative appeal. This process ensures excellent reflectivity and durability, making the mirrors suitable for a range of applications.
Key Properties and Distinctive Features of Aluminum Mirrors
